Summer Fest

My donation to the annual fund raiser for the volunteer fire department this year was jewelry. One of my deep carved pendants in silver. It brought more than its sale price and it was fun to watch the bidding.

MacCrap

I bought mobile me to host my website that had a link to this blog. Some dork exec made a decision to go iCloud and not support my website. No word of course just "move to iCloud" not mentioning they would just close down your website with no where to put it. Not very Mac like in my book.

Favourite artists: Atsushi Õkuba and Hayao Miyazaki

Her teacher writes: Sabrina is a truly gifted young artist. She creates incredible line drawings with powerful meanings. Sabrina's skill level is beyond her years and her choice of subject matter is diverse. She creates images from the dark and haunting to the fanciful and enchanted. Sabrina's work appeals to all ages. She makes very precise and detailed drawing look easy. She is a dedicated student who has been involved in the stop-motion animation project and the Savary Island Fine Arts Trip. Sabrina is a pleasure to teach and I am excited to see her art evolve.
